Pier 14

This was a phenomenal place to eat, the live entertainment was beyond fantastic, and it’s just a perfect setting for ending a weekend here in SC. Do yourself a favor, come here when they have live music, bring friends or a significant other, grab some drinks, order some seafood, and party into the night with the waves in the background and the beautiful lights of Myrtle Beach.Not adding this location to your vacation or stay would be doing this area a great disservice! So please... come here and enjoy some of the best food and atmosphere that this area has to offer.Highly recommended!

This is a must go if you're in the area. Such amazing food and friendly staff. There was a wait to be seated (which went pretty quick) so we walked out back to the pier and did a little ocean viewing, perfect spot for some family pictures. My seven-year-old son said the calamari was the best he's ever had and I have to agree. Good beer selection and wide variety of food to please even the most picky eaters (I'm talking about you my beautiful, wonderful wife😁). I'm not a huge seafood person but I absolutely loved the salmon with rice. I can't wait to go back on our next vacation to the area. P.S. It's a great place for families with children. Plenty of open ocean view seating as well.

Really great experience having a few drinks on the Pier I would definitely recommend it. The prices aren't too bad either.

We loved Pier 14 during our vacation. It was a daily hang out for us. The food was incredible and delicious (see pictures). All of the servers were amazing. Their wine, beer or cocktails always hit the spot. The sights and sounds of dining over the water was wonderful. Our walks on Pier 14 and the boardwalk after lunch or dinner was just perfect.

I got the seafood platter. My fried scallops breading had gotten wet on the bottom and was not crispy. Also they had a very fishy taste. The flounder did not have any seasoning on it. The fries was really good and the shrimp as well. We also got calamari as an appetizer and it was pretty good as well. The waitress was having a hard time keeping up. I have wanted to eat here every year I visited and know I see I didn't miss out on much.

I wish I could write a better review, I stopped by at 8pm (12/12) a Thursday night and the location was showing as open online. as me and my brother walked up the gates where locked etc. going off recent reviews this place should have been open given the hour of the day. I wish I have given this place a review based off its food etc, instead my experience is walking up to a restaurant that claims to be open via maps etc. yet when u show up they don't even have a light on and the gate is locked...

Let me start off by saying the food was amazing. Best food since I been vacationing in myrtle beach. The drinks were very good as well. Get a bucket if you can. The view was amazing as well. Our waiter was really good, he kept checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. Will be back before I leave myrtle beach.

This place was delicious and totally worth the money spent. This was my first eating a shrimp po boy and yall this was delicious and my husband had the crab legs n he loved it. Our server was tara and she was awesome. If you go just ask for her. She made that whole experience the best one yet. You wont be sorry for the visit to this place. The fire grilled salmon was delicious as well.

Our family had a great experience at Pier 14. We ordered fresh catch of the day (grilled), the grouper, scallops, and a salad. All were delicious. We sat outside and enjoyed the live music. Everyone was sweet to our toddler and our server was knowledgeable.

Nice meal and date night here. Seated quickly and had an amazing sunset view. Food was good and not too pricey. Good service. Thanks guys highly recommend

Went here for dinner on our stay in Myrtle Beach since it was within walking distance of where we were staying at. The staff and our waitress was friendly and professional. Service was fast and accurate. The food was good, nothing really outstanding, but nothing bad. The prices are better than most restaurants in the area and especially considering the view with being right on the water.

Absolutely loved Pier 14. Everyone was kind and respectful. Our waiter was awesome and had a great sense of humor.. loved the photographer, took some really good photos of me and my fiance. Thank you for a wonderful meal and experience, we'll definitely be back

Pier 14 ... definitely ON the OCEAN! Food was really fresh and well served. Our server Anthony was very efficient and kept all our needs met... filled drinks, ketchup, water, always with a smile! Great first night dinner in Myrtle Beach!

Food and atmosphere were great. Tim, our server, was extremely attentive. Bummer today is their last day of the season....and we just discovered them. There's always next year.

Great Seafood, good service, decent prices. Nice atmosphere, overlooking the Atlantic from (of course, Pier 14). My wife & I both had the small seafood platter (fried). I was very impressed with the quality & preparation of the food, especially the scallops. I was also surprised at how quickly the food arrived at our table. For dessert we had the cheesecake & it was delicious!

Amazing food, even better view. The servers are clearly experienced and give quality service. Our food came out so quick and was delicious. Prices are a little high but the whole experience makes it worth every penny. Will return!

What a great lunch. Our waitress was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about the specials and sides available. Her suggestion of little buns over crackers was well received. She never rushed us although she was Russian. Was so full from legs I could not finish the puppies but she offered a small box to place them in.

Awsome location with a great view. Pier access included if you eat in the restaurant otherwise it's a dollar. The service was great. I got the prime rib and my wife got the alfredo with shrimp and scallops. The prime rib is well worth the price, but the pasta was not all that great and they were the same price. Will try something else next time we go. Overall we loved pier 14! I recommend you try it out!

First time dinning here, very good service and the food is good as well. There’s an attached gift shop and you can walk out to the pier. It does get busy at peak dinner time, but the wait is worth it.Please hit “Like” if this was helpful. Thanks.

It's a great place to eat on the water. My husband and I eat here every time we're in Myrtle Beach. Drinks are really good and the portions are a pretty decent size. We've only ever eaten outside, so I can't really speak to the interior vibe. The only downside is the woman who snaps photos of you and insists that you buy them.

Shark bites on the menu was misleading. It was actually white fish. Not happy about that.

Don’t recommend if you’re gluten free! Only 1 “ gluten free” listed menu item outside of steak. And the server had no idea about the menu, and didn’t offer to ask the chef anything even after I was inquiring about other items . He was Useless !!!!!

It was delicious! Got a very simple dish, but there's nothing like eating fish where fish actually comes from! It was so, so, so, good.The staff was super friendly and my drink was delicious, blue, and screamed "vacation!". It was a great meal on the patio with beautiful weather.

Would not recommend. We sat at our table for 15 minutes and no one even came to take our drink order while 5 people walked by us, and all of the wait staff were inside hanging out. We instead took our business right down to rip tydz where we got great food and service.

Dinner at Pier 14 was great. Derrick was our server and he did a great job. We had shark bites as an appetizer which were tasty. Both my wife and I chose blackened grouper as our dinner and we both enjoyed that as well. We shared a piece of key lime pie for dessert. We will visit again when we come back to Myrtle Beach.

We were only in town for 3 days and went here 4 or 5 times. Coffee in the morning, beer in the afternoon or evening. Or just a walk on the pier. Great experiences and memories here

We really enjoyed this restaurant! You have to pay to walk the pier, but you can use it as a discount for the restaurant. The food was perfect! The kids even got a frisbee with their food!

Pier 14 restaurant throughout the years has remained my favorite. The service is always top-notch and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. Our drinks are always strong and the pricing is very cheap considering the view you get. We really enjoyed the new addition of the photographer... she gave us a free souvenir photo but we ended up purchasing another photo with a cute magnetic frame. See you soon!

Very good food, ambiance, and views. We ate outside on an Aug Wednesday evening and it was great. We had the seared yellowfin tuna and the scallops, and both were awesome! Also we started with the grouper fingers (fried strips of grouper) which were very good. There was a live musician playing outside while we ate and he was very good too! Only thing bringing my rating down a star was the service...it was just good, not exceptional, but definitely good. Highly recommend, and we will come back the next time we're in Myrtle Beach.

As an out-of-towner driving the streets, I was convinced Myrtle Beach was exclusively pancake houses. Glad we didn't settle and found this place. Flapjacks can't compete with eating bang-bang shrimp on a pier jutting out into the Atlantic. If you are able to sit outside, people watching the beachgoers provides some free entertainment. They have a gift shop too if you want merch.

Didn't eat here but had drinks while fishing. If u like fishing in ocean it's not bad. Plus see a bunch of other fish Ray's weird looking species

1st time here. We are from Little River. The food and service is great diffently we come back

I ate here during a recent trip to Myrtle Beach. We went on a Saturday evening, and expected to have to wait. However, it wasn't very busy (probably because of the weather), and we were seated right away.We had hush puppies for an appetizer, and they were absolutely amazing. For the main course, I order the prime rib and he ordered a plate that had an assortment of fried seafood. Both of us really enjoyed our food. It was hot, fresh and came out quickly.Nicole was our server. She was very friendly and attentive. I would definitely return if ever in the area again.

Ambiance was fantastic, live music. Service was great. My order did not come out to my liking, the manager took care of it right away. I ordered something else and it was perfect. Very professional

Gorgeous view! Perfect place to have a great dinner/lunch by the beach. Be aware of those picture people! It’s not entirely “free” but they do a great damn job selling those pictures.

Had a great experience. The food was great and Tim was a great server,The portrait lady did a wonderful job as well. I am coming back with my lady.
